Guaranteed Zero-PII ProcessingEmontrai’s telemetry SDK is engineered so that employee identities and confidential business form inputs never leave the client’s browser. All data collected is strictly behavioral metadata (durations, click rates, error codes).
1. What We Collect (Technical Metadata Only)
- DOM interaction timestamps (e.g., button click to network finish duration).
- Rage click counts (e.g., >3 repetitive clicks on unresponsive buttons).
- Anonymized element identifiers (e.g.,
button#btn-approve-po). - HTTP status codes (e.g., 504 Gateway Timeout, 500 Internal Error).
- Pseudonymous employee hash (e.g.,
usr_9f4b1) provided by client configuration.
2. What We Explicitly NEVER Collect
- Form input contents, keystrokes, passwords, or personal credentials.
- National Identification Numbers (NIK, SSN), credit card or banking details.
- Customer personally identifiable data stored inside client ERP/CRM records.
3. Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy
Each corporate subscriber is allocated an isolated tenant partition. Telemetry events and financial benchmark settings belonging to Company A can never be accessed, queried, or mingled with Company B.
4. Central AI Engine Security (gplay.ctar.tech)
When root-cause analysis is performed by our central AI brain, only aggregated technical performance patterns are evaluated. No proprietary customer business data is transferred to public language models.
